Description
Nestled on a bluff overlooking the Oregon Coast, the 3,200 s.f. 3-story residence received a complete remodel and addition. The existing residence had two rentable units on the lower floor with no conditioned access to the remainder of the house. The design integrated a new staircase and a re-layout of the lower floor to connect all three levels of the house to create a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence. Additional windows were added to take advantage of the panoramic ocean views.
