Description
This boutique winery project is located in east Templeton in the Templeton Gap AVA and has a maximum capacity of 10,000 cases per year. This family-owned winery consists of a new 4,060 s.f. winery and 2,360 s.f. hospitality building. The pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure enabled clear spans on the interior to accommodate fermentation tanks and barrel storage. A crush pad connects the buildings and the spaces open to a private patio facing the vineyard, oak hillside, and creek. The tasting room utilizes large windows and a glass overhead door to create a true indoor-outdoor experience.

Description
This 31,600 s.f., 3-story library renovation features a dramatic entry atrium, an enlarged and brilliantly colored children’s area, artistic way-finding signage, and 1,800 s.f. of interior space repurposed for public use. 

San Luis Obispo Library won the Mayor's Award at the 29th Annual Beautification Awards! It is such an honor to have been a part of this wonderful project.

Description
This 3,150 s.f. three bedroom, 2.5 bath residence in Templeton has been remodeled and expanded. Tucked in the rolling hills and wrapped by lush landscaping that includes some mature oaks. The remodel and addition created a focal entry to the residence, an interior rework to the Master Suite and bedroom layout, added a den and home office space, and a sun room that transitions the family from their work activities to their private home retreat.
